Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy

Offering an affective solution to acute or chronic climbing injuries

What is it?

The aim of physiotherapy treatment is to:

  • Thoroughly assess and give an accurate diagnosis of your current issue
  • Treat the issue to help reduce pain, normalise movement and strength and regain function
  • Provide techniques and exercises to maintain and continue improvement in symptoms

Our Physiotherapists

Our Physiotherapists have many years of experience in treating a wide range of climbing related musculoskeletal conditions. As climbers themselves they understand the specific stresses and strains that the sport can place on the body.
