- Thoroughly assess and give an accurate diagnosis of your current issue
- Treat the issue to help reduce pain, normalise movement and strength and regain function
- Provide techniques and exercises to maintain and continue improvement in symptoms
Our Physio James has over 12 years experience in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
Having attended the BMC Climbing Injury Symposium in 2016 and 2018 he is up to date with current concepts of climbing injury management.
He also has a role as an Upper Limb, Lower Limb and Spinal Extended Scope Practitioner (ESP) in which physiotherapist have the extended scope of being able to order X-rays, MRI scans, Ultrasound scans and refer to Orthopaedic Consultants.
He has a post graduate certificate (PGCert) in medical diagnostic ultrasound allowing him to perform diagnostic ultrasound scans at the clinic.
James climbs 2-3 times per week and like all climbers has experienced tweaks and injuries so understands your desire to get back to your projects as soon as possible!
